Manage IT development projects (C# .Net server systems and Android Apps) from brief to finish. Understand customers main goals, find the problem/solution for each project, manage timelines, manage customer expectations, and interpret their needs to work towards a successful outcome. Report and manage costs and revenues of IT projects. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. Support collaboration with other cross-functional team members both internal and external to successfully execute business and achieve milestones.
