Development Administrative Assistant
Work in collaboration with the Development Administrative Team to provide administrative support to the Development Team. Schedule and organize external and internal meetings, provide task and project management support, prepare donor mailings for campaign/event needs, and assist with email correspondence and calendar management. Manage the prospect research process, utilizing iWave wealth knowledge tools, LinkedIn, and other systems as needed. Liaise with Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify and implement research requests; analyze data and disseminate information accordingly. Maintain prospect records and donor database (Salesforce) to support donor pipeline for revenue growth. Manage department correspondence, including email, mail, and phone calls; handle donor acknowledgments via calls, greeting cards, and other correspondence. Provide office management support, serving as backup to the Operations Team to answer phones, process mail, and offer administrative assistance as needed. Provide backup administrative support for councils, committees, external meetings, and Free Wheelchair Mission events, including scheduling, agendas, meeting preparation documents, and notes. Coordinate fulfillment projects, including Shopify product orders, tribute card orders, and Move for Mobility registration packets. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor. Occasional evenings and weekends required. Share the message of Free Wheelchair Mission and its vision.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of at least 2 years of administrative experience; prior experience with donor/customer research or engagement is ideal. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Ability to plan ahead, exercise forward thinking, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills; ability to gather and analyze information, and write clear and concise research briefing papers. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including email, telephone, and written communication. Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Professional with a strong work ethic; team player and collaborator. Ability to interact diplomatically with diverse team members and external stakeholders. Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong working knowledge of donor base management (Salesforce) is a plus.

Compensation Package:

salario   Salary Proposal
$20 to $26 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
