Job Description

Salesforce Administrator
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce-powered client engagement portal.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the portal meets business and client needs.
Implement and optimize Salesforce tools to improve portal functionality and user satisfaction.
Ensure the integration of external tools with Salesforce to support portal functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, continuously improving the client experience through technical innovation.
Work schedule or working hours: Hybrid - 3 days in office each week.

This mid-level position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Salesforce who is ready to take ownership of a significant project.

Job Requirements:
Role Requirements.
2–4 years of Salesforce experience with a focus on building and maintaining client engagement portals.
Demonstrated success in implementing solutions that drive user engagement.
Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing portal features for optimal functionality.
Strong communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skillsets.
Proven expertise in Salesforce Declarative Automation (Flows, Process Builders).
Experience integrating Salesforce with external tools.
Salesforce Admin Certification is highly preferred.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification or similar credentials.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (or Community Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with custom objects and basic Apex is desirable.
Knowledge of Palantir or a willingness to learn is an added bonus.
Compensation Package:

$125k - $150k base + bonus
$125,000 - $150,000 Base Salary, Bonus.
