Sales Marketing Manager
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth for K-Beauty product lines across B2B and B2C channels.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product launches.
Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
Manage and analyze digital ad performance to ensure ROI and budget alignment.
Leverage social platforms and online communities to build brand awareness and engagement.
Maintain and enhance the brand identity for K-Beauty products, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Partner with creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets, including photography, videos, and graphic designs.
Drive storytelling initiatives that reflect EBIN’s commitment to innovation and quality.
Plan and execute trade shows, product demonstrations, and other in-person events to increase brand exposure.
Build relationships with retail partners to co-host promotional events and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs and ROI.
Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
