Billing Assistant
Client Communication: Provide clear and empathetic support to clients regarding billing inquiries, insurance coverage, and payment responsibilities.
Billing & Claims Management: Gather and verify insurance information, communicate billing details with clients, and enter data into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
Benefit Checks & Claims Auditing: Perform insurance benefit checks, audit claims for errors or denials, and assist in resolving rejections and other billing issues.
Accounts Reconciliation: Support account reconciliation efforts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Administrative Support: Provide general support, including data entry, scheduling, and occasional front desk duties. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to streamline processes and improve the client experience.
