Job Description
Physical Therapist
Develop and manage a caseload of patients – 60-minute eval and follow up.
Design individualized treatment plans.
Engage and educate patients on pillars of health - exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
Market yourself to your ideal clients and referring providers, coaches, etc.
Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Keep accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
Participate in continuing education and professional development.
Schedules:
Flexible Schedule: 36-40 hours, ideally 32 patients or less per week. Create your own schedule to fit your needs.
You can expect scheduled, paid time each week for marketing and building your desired caseload, patient planning, documentation.

Job Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Alaska.
Experience with fitness athletes and/or CrossFit/weightlifting movements is preferred.
Motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to build your niche caseload.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ICE Physio training is a bonus.
DN certification encouraged.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Compensation Package:
Salary ProposalFlexible payment options: W2 or 1099 based on total revenue generated ($90-$120k).
