Community Manager
Oversee the company’s social media communities, plan and execute events, manage prize distribution, and collaborate with content creators and influencers.
Gather and analyze player feedback to contribute to the ongoing success of their games.
Supervise the existing community team while aligning efforts with the company’s Japan-based Global Business team.
Strategically manage online game communities across social media platforms.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies around game releases.
Plan and execute in-game and online events, including prize distribution.
Establish and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers.
Gather feedback on games from the community to inform development and marketing efforts.
Work closely with the Japan-based Global Business team to ensure alignment and consistency in community strategies.

Job Requirements:
Compensation Package:

$90,000 - $110,000 annually Per year. (Senior level: up to $120,000).
