Job Description

Office Assistant
Assist with office and property management to ensure efficient operations.
Support in the preparation of company events.
Facilitate the principles daily regiment, travel prep and personal errands.
Provide support with day-to-day tasks of office and property. Including, but not limited to:
Ordering, tracking, and restocking office pantry/inventory.
Collect, open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Filing, typing, copying, binding, printing, and scanning documents.
Review and maintain written/computer files, plus conduct data entry.

Job Requirements:
1-3 years of personal assistant experience.
Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, executive assistant, personal assistant events or project management.
Positive, can do attitude of always trying ones best.
Have some experience with Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel/Word.
Ability to thrive and solve problems under pressure.
Sense of ownership and pride in work, firm, and culture.
Must be detail oriented, well organized, efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong work ethic with a desire to build a fun and rewarding career which includes sharing in equity value creation of the business.
