Job Description
Commercial Lines Producer
Proactively target new business opportunities.
Maintain a pipeline of potential prospects.
Develop networks and leverage networks into new business opportunities.
Identifies the client’s insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and loss exposures.
Explain to clients the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies.
Obtains accurate information from the prospects including completing applications, supplemental questionnaires, and other related documentation in order to provide complete and comprehensive submissions.
Maintain existing relationships with your book of business.
Work with Account Manager to service and renew clients annually.
Work from home 2x/week.

Job Requirements:
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance with 2+ years of experience.
- Self-motivated.
- Problem solver.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organized and detailed.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, patient, empathetic.
Compensation Package:
Salary Proposal$50,000.00 per year.
