HR & Operations Administrator
Schedule and coordinate monthly company meetings.
Manage company-wide correspondence regarding holidays, events, and announcements.
Assist in planning company conferences and events.
Track and manage vacation/PTO records.
Conduct initial interviews for new and replacement candidates.
Oversee onboarding for new employees and independent contractors, including orientation sessions.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
Collaborate with the CFO to resolve internal employee matters.
Maintain and update the employee handbook.
Develop employee incentives and promotional programs.
Stay informed about industry trends, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
Manage vendor relationships with MSP, ensuring invoice accuracy and handling equipment upgrade requests.
Maintain an inventory of users and company devices.
Develop cybersecurity awareness training for employees, including spam recognition.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for non-managed IT users.
Prepare and monitor the IT budget, reconciling monthly purchases against the approved budget.
Research and recommend new technologies to enhance business operations.

Job Requirements:
Compensation Package:

$57,000 - $65,000 per year
