Job Description
Outside Sales Representative
Identify and target potential commercial clients seeking painting services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients painting needs and provide accurate project estimates.
Develop and present customized painting solutions that meet clients objectives and budget requirements.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintain client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide valuable insights to clients.

Job Requirements:
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the commercial painting, home service, or construction industry.
Bidding and estimating experience are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
High energy and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of commercial painting products and services.
Valid drivers license and the ability to travel to client sites.
Compensation Package:
Salary ProposalUS$ 55 mil/a - US$ 250 mil/a
A company car and gas card may be provided.
