Job Description
Mechanical Engineer
Create construction drawings for the project owner, coordination and communication between the design team and the client/ customer, provide project management oversight, and support throughout the entire construction process.
HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary (A&E) project types
Produce construction documents, construction administration, and shop drawing review
Project Management
Site Visits/ Client interface
Generate and track project delivery schedule, fees, budgets
Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling.

Job Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar.
REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace or IES VE Energy Modeling software.
5+ yrs. of industry experience.
E.I.T. or P.E.
Compensation Package:
Salary Proposal$100k – $160k, Bonuses
