Job Description
Systems Analyst
Systems Administration and Integration:
Assist in the integration of new central processing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and workflows.
Create and manage user roles for banking systems.
Workflow Creation:
Work with credit agents to design and implement workflows in credit software.
Develop processes for new loan products.
Reporting and Analysis:
Create and maintain Power BI reports to provide actionable business insights.
Support management with data reports and custom dashboards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between the management team and system providers to assess capabilities and ensure suitability.
Provide system-related support and insights to the CFO and other team members.
Onsite presence preferred; hybrid arrangements possible for the right candidate.
Collaborative environment with close interaction with the CFO and management team.
Job Requirements:
Experience with banking systems and software (e.g. Finastra Phoenix, LaserPro, nCino or similar) preferred.
Strong knowledge of workflow creation in credit or financial software.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is preferable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Ability to translate business needs into system functionality.
Familiarity with major banking systems and their integrations.
Experience with loan products or state-specific workflows.
Ability to work on-site with potential for hybrid arrangements.
