Job Description
Building Official
Oversee the development of programs, projects, operations, and services of the Building Division.
Coordinate across teams and agencies to provide high-level customer support and maintain trust amongst the Building team.
Lead and manage the Building Division, ensuring top-notch municipal building services.
Leverage data-driven solutions to enhance operations and services.
Job type: Full-time✔
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in major coursework in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a closely related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in municipal building services, including two years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to coordinate with teams and agencies effectively.
Excellent customer service skills and a people-centric approach.
