Job Description
Head of Legal
Execute legal strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead strategic negotiations and commercial contracts.
Review products and functionalities for risk mitigation.
Manage international corporate governance and compliance.
Advise on regulatory developments related to AI, social media, content moderation, intellectual property, privacy, and other areas impacting the business.
Promote continuous improvement of standard agreements and legal processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Job Requirements:
JD with over 8 years of combined experience in a top-tier law firm and relevant in-house experience.
Solid experience in consumer technology.
Business-minded with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in translating legal advice into actionable guidance for business teams.
Compensation Package:
Salary ProposalUS$ 250 mil/a - US$ 300 mil/a
