Job Description
Operations Coordinator
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and align with the organization’s mission and goals.
Assist senior leadership in planning and executing strategic initiatives related to organizational growth and sustainability.
Ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in developing and managing the annual operating budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across programs and services.
Monitor expenditures and operational costs, ensuring the organization operates within budgetary constraints.
Invoicing and collection of membership dues in a timely manner.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on operational metrics, progress toward organizational goals, and areas of improvement.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
