Brand Partnerships Manager
Serve as contact for clients, ensuring that their satisfaction, scope of work and keys for success are met and/or exceeded.
Ensure communication, timelines and follow-up standards are met with excellent customer service and long-term relationship growth.
Collaborate closely with client and TikTok Shop teams to identify opportunities for growth and acceleration.
Prepare and present to clients data-backed performance reports across the brand and creator channels, including insight-based recommendations to continually optimize results.
Work closely with Favored’s Affiliate Operations, Livestream and Creative Strategy Teams on workflows, ways of working and strategies to exceed client expectations.
Support new client opportunities and onboard new clients and ensure they are fully integrated into internal workflows.
Conduct market research and stay on top of industry trends and opportunities.
